Room Rate
Room rate offered is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST
(Good & Services tax) of 15%. This is subject to change without
prior notice as per New Zealand government ruling.
Check In Policy
The hotel will require a valid credit card imprint upon arrival
for pre-authorisation in the presence of the card holder.
Alternatively a third party credit card authorisation must have
been received prior to the guest's arrival. Sudima Auckland
Airport accepts MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American
Express. All credit card transactions will incur a fee of
1.5% of the total amount paid.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations are guaranteed to the credit card used at the
time of booking. Rate of the Day and listed Packages do not
require pre payment, the credit card is for guarantee only.
Pre paid discounted rates will be processed with-in 24 hours
upon receipt of booking. The total amount including
enhancements will be charged, subject to a credit card fee of
1.5%
Cancellations and No Shows
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day of
arrival may incur a cancellation fee of the first nights'
accommodation rate. In the event the guest does not arrival
to the hotel the first nights' accommodation will be charged.
Accommodation will be charged to the credit card used at the time
of booking. If multiple nights are booked, every effort will
be made to re-confirm additional nights, however the hotel reserves
the right to cancel this booking. Should the guest arrive the
booking will be re-instated subject to availability and rates at
that time.
Pre paid bookings including Best Online, Early Bird and Long
Stay Rates are pre paid and cannot be cancelled or amended.
Payments processed will not be refunded as per the terms &
conditions agreed to when booking these discounted rates.
General Policies
- Check in time is from 2pm and Check out time is by 11am
- Early arrivals and late departures may incur additional
fees
- All rates are based on two adults unless otherwise
specified
- Maximum Occupancy is four adults in a Superior Room
- Maximum Occupancy is two adults in an Executive Room
- Superior Rooms will have 2 double beds or 1 king bed
- Bedding configuration is NOT guaranteed, please specify as
request
- Additional adult is $25incl GST per person per night
- Children under 12 stay free using existing bedding
- Infants stay free, cots available on request with linen
provided
- Special requests are not guaranteed, but will be given first
priority
