You may host your next business meeting in any of our two formal
Boardrooms or coordinate instructive presentations and panels for
up to 40 in our larger, auditorium-style in our Viscount Room.
Alternatively you can plan a private dining experience for guests
in the more intimate Dakota Room. For growing events with
attendance in the hundreds combine our grand Concord Rooms, or use
them separately for a similarly impressive occasion. Our flexible
spaces allow you to design just the right place for your event.
Please note: Sudima Christchurch Airport is currently undergoing
a redevelopment so conference space is
limited during this time.
Our newest Christchurch Airport hotel function rooms cater for
up to 12 in a boardroom style.
The Viscount Room seats up to 40 people theatre style, making it
ideal for a medium-sized presentation
The Dakota Room seats up to 30 people theatre style, and is
ideal for a private dining room or smaller meeting
