Room Rate
Room rate offered is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST
(Good & Services tax) of 15%. This is subject to change without
prior notice as per New Zealand government ruling.
Check In Policy
Sudima Christchurch Airport accepts MasterCard, Visa, Diners and
American Express. All credit card transactions will incur a
fee of 1.5% of the total amount paid.Check in time is 2:00pm &
Check out time is 10:00am.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations are guaranteed to the credit card used at the
time of booking. The total amount including enhancements will
be charged upon checkin, subject to a credit card fee of 1.5%
Cancellations and No Shows
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival date may
incur a cancellation fee of the first nights' accommodation
rate. In the event the guest does not arrive to the hotel the
first nights' accommodation will be charged. Accommodation
will be charged to the credit card used at the time of
booking. If multiple nights are booked, every effort will be
made to re-confirm additional nights, however the hotel reserves
the right to cancel this booking. Should the guest arrive the
booking will be re-instated subject to availability and rates at
that time.
