Inaugural employee of the year

Aiden Muggleton, Executive Housekeeper at Sudima Lake
Rotorua, was the inaugural recipient of the Sudima Hotels group
Employee of the Year award.
PM John Key presented the award on behalf of the group to a very
emotional and surprised Aiden on the 9th of August. The photo above
shows John Key, Aiden Muggleton and Les Morgan, the Director of
Operations for the group.
Aiden has been working at Sudima Lake Rotorua for 8 years and
has worked his way up from a member of the housekeeping team to his
current role as Executive Housekeeper. He has shown dedication and
leadership, not only through personal development, but also by
continuously encouraging and supporting his staff. Under him, the
housekeeping department has reported decreased absenteeism and
increased morale. For all this and more, Aiden is our employee of
the year!
As part of his award he will receive a trip for two to Brisbane
and a stay at the Best Western Plus Sudima Suites Brisbane.
