Room rate
Room rate offered is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST
(Good & Services tax) of 15%. This is subject to change without
prior notice as per New Zealand government ruling.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a credit card or IATA guarantee at the
time of booking. Please note credit card details are used to hold
the reservation only. You will be requested to present your credit
card on check-in at the hotel for verification. No charges will be
applied until your departure.
Payment at hotel with credit card attracts a 1.5% surcharge.
Cancellation & No show Policy
Cancellation required by 6pm on day of arrival to avoid one
night's accommodation fee. No cancellation charge will be incurred
where a cancellation is received prior to 6pm local time on the day
of arrival.
In the event of a "No Show" a cancelation charge equal to one
night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card on file.
Standard policy applies unless otherwise stated.
Children Policy
Children up to 12 years old sharing a room with an adult and not
requiring a rollaway bed will be accommodated free of charge. In
any circumstances where a rollaway bed is required the extra person
charge will apply. Children are still included in the maximum
occupancy of a room. Cots are available on request, free of
charge.
Check in & Check out times
Check in time is 2.00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time may
on occasion be provided with rooms when they arrive, but only by
pre-arrangement. Guaranteed access to rooms prior to 2.00pm can
only be provided if the reservation includes the prior night. Check
out time is 11.00am. Later check out, may on occasion be possible,
but only by pre-arrangement. Subject to the hotel status on the day
of departure, guaranteed late check out to 6pm may be arranged at
50% of the quoted rate.
